Melvin Sam has been involved with Crossfit at DSSC for 3 years. 

He hails from Long Island, NY where he was a high school athlete competing in football, volleyball, wrestling, and track and field. He has a background in rehabilitation medicine feels like joining DSSC has been one of the best decisions he has ever made, for his fitness and health. 

On his birthday he recieved a DSLR camera from his wife which sparked the birth of his interest in photography. He has been combining his passion for movement and photography ever since.

Melvin's other hobbies include  barbecuing, and international travel
