Personal Training
Personal Training is offered in 30 or 60 minute sessions. These sessions can be at our place or yours. The scope of the training is based on goals and needs of the client: fitness, nutrition, recovery strategies, mindset, accountability etc. We also offer membership options that will offer personal training along with access to all our small group training.

Health Coaching
A collaborative effort between you and a coach to create a working plan to achieve your health goals and/or overcome obstacles. While this can focus on exercise or nutrition, this could also focus on any aspect of your health/wellbeing (sleep, stress management, mental, emotional, social aspects of your wellbeing).

Fundamentals
Our Fundamentals program is 4 weeks in duration and designed to set you up for long term success. You begin with a series of six, 1-on-1 sessions that prepare you to excel in the group setting. We will cover everything from proper movement patterns, recovery, nutrition, a BODPOD body composition analysis, and an overview of how we generally operate. After the six, 1-on-1 sessions, the remainder of the 4 weeks will be with the group.
