Flow:
Only one person works at a time. Your team has 8 minutes to complete as many repetitions as possible. Any style clean, ground to shoulder is acceptable.
Catch:
Person 1 can spend as much or as little time as they want on the ladder (they must complete all 10 before they move on to the 8, etc.). Once Person 1 decides they’re done, person 2 begins (back at the first bar for the 10 reps) and goes until they finish all the reps or the 8-minute cap hits. Person 1 may not re-enter the ladder once Person 2 starts.
TieBreak:
If both partners finish the ladder (60 reps), your tiebreak will be finish time.
All other ties (team total reps) will be broken by a lift off.
Head-to-Head Lift-off = 10 Reps/partner relay at weight 1, for time. 1:00 Cap.
