Divisions

4 Adult Divisions

  • RX

  • Masters/Teens RX

  • Scaled

  • Foundations

1 youth Division

  • Kids


RX and Masters/Teens RX and Scaled divisions will have judges.

Foundations and Youth division will be run like a class workout and adjustments will be made accordingly. Effort will be emphasized over hitting a standardized “standard” for the entire group.

Divisions

Explained

RX

Anyone who normally does the RX version of the workout. (You’ll have a partner, so you don’t necessarily have to be able to do it all).

Masters / Teens RX

Anyone 45+ and 13-17.
Loading and volume a little less than RX.

Scaled

Anyone who wants to play, just slightly lighter and slightly lower skill than RX.

Foundations

I’m new to all this, but want to play. The workouts will be adjusted as needed, similar to a class.

Youth

The children 12 and under. An introduction to fitness in a “competition” format. Children can sign-up as an individual (and be paired up at the gym) or sign-up as a pair: Almost any gender/age combination.

Note: The workouts are written for you, by us. The set up is friendly and will allow everyone to play and the best to excel.
Each teammate doesn’t have to do all the things, you can play to your strengths. It will be fine, you’ll do great.
The workouts in their entirety will be released on the 8th.

Registration

  • Registration Open August 1st

  • Register by August 16th at 7:30pm EST and receive an event shirt

  • Registration Closes Monday, August 26th

Workouts

  • Workout teasers released Fri, Aug 2nd (Workout 4 will not be released)

  • Full Workouts / Movement Standards / Workout Flow released Thurs, Aug 8th

  • Heat Schedule released Aug 28th.

  • Your team heat will be based on sign-up order (last sign-up will go in first heat for first 3 events)

Cost

  • $120/Adult Team

  • $80/Youth Team

What to bring

  • Bring a tent or lawn chair.

  • All your gear and things will need to be stored outside the 4 walls of the gym.

  • Your fans can obviously come and watch your skills.
