Lower Body Injury Prevention WORKSHOP
Hoping to run more in 2025? Are you training for Hyrox, a half marathon or even the PTC Sprint Triathlon? Maybe you just want to find any weaknesses which may be limiting you in CrossFit with jumping, squatting or running.
Designed for athletes of all levels.
Tori Sam, Dirty South member and licensed Physical Therapist (PR PT), will be hosting a lower body injury prevention workshop. During the workshop, participants will complete various mobility tests and strength assessments to identify any weakness or imbalance that could cause injuries with running, jumping and squatting.
