We will be offering a CrossFit Kids Class (ages 5-12 years old) over the winter break. Classes will be from 1:30-3:30pm on Monday and Friday from 23 December 2024 until 3 January 2025. It will be $120 for the four 2-hour classes or $40 for one 2-hour session.
