WHOLE 15 Nutrition Challenge

15 Days. FIFTEEN. That’s it. November 1-15.

We are challenging Team DSSC to 15 days of eating within the parameters of “Whole 30”. You are, of course, welcome to continue beyond this if it fits, but the challenge is from 1 November through 15 November.

HOW IT WORKS:

  • You learn how it works (see the red button below…knowledge is power).

  • You eat within the relevant parameters and omit foods and substances that don’t fit.

  • Earn points for your team (mark them on the poster at the gym):

    • Daily: Each day you eat within the Whole15 parameters, you earn 1 point.

    • Bonus 1: Share a picture of a Whole15 meal + recipe you make on social media and tag @dssc.fayette for 2 points (one time use only).

    • Bonus 2: If you complete ALL 15 days successfully within Whole15, you earn a bonus of 5 points!

  • Morning vs. Mid-Day vs. Evening classes compete for total points (because competition, right?)

  • You learn something (about yourself, foods, friends, etc.).

  • We celebrate at the end (Nov 16) with some ‘Whole 15’ food, games and hang time!
