During the month of May, we challenge you to walk, jog or run 1 mile every day. (You’re obviously welcome to do more).
1 mile/day. That’s it.
There will be a chart on the board for those of you who want to track your miles and play along.
A successful day = 1 human completing 1 mile on foot.
Extra miles don’t roll over, you can’t complete mileage for anyone else, and you can’t make up days. For example, 3 miles on Monday does not count for Tuesday and Wednesday. It counts for Monday.
