ALLSOUTH OPEN 2025

9th annual AllSouth Open

This USA Weightlifting sanctioned competition is open to all experience levels. Medals will be awarded for all weight classes and age divisions for male and female. Best male and female lifters will be determined by Sinclair formula.

Early bird registration is will open May 1st 2025, and is limited to 30 lifters; first come first served. Then regular registration will open up until cap is met or Friday August 9th. Late Registration starts July 21st.

Time: 6am - 8pm (Schedule to be released 7 days out from meet)

***Registration includes a meet t-shirt UNTIL until July 25th***
