As always, we encourage you to participate in the Open. It’s uncomfortable and you’ll never be quite as ready as you think you should be. It’s ok. The pros outweigh the cons 9-to-1, 100% of the time. Regardless of what you decide, we’ll do the workouts on Fridays and you’ll have your team to have some extra fun. On the “scale of good,” this is on the “more good” side. See you out there!

OPEN SCHEDULE
CrossFit will announce the weekly workouts live at 3pm EST each Thursday during the Open. Announcement will be immediately followed by two or more super fit people completing the workout while we watch. Watch at games.crossfit.com. As a gym, we will program and complete the Open workouts on Fridays. We will schedule heats to complete the workout, judge and cheer for our athletes. Check ya app.

DSSC KIDS OPEN Kids will be able to complete the Open workout on Fridays from 3:30-4:00pm.
All ages welcome!
No cost for member’s kids | $10 Drop-in fee for non-members.

RULES OF ENGAGEMENT: Each individual can accumulate points for their team.
Performance (Must be signed up for open to get the performance points for your team)

Top 5 RX Open scores 1st=5 points - 5th=1 point/week
Top 3 Scaled scores 1st=3 points - 3rd=1 point/week
Top 25% (After Week 3): 1 point
Top 10% (After Week 3): 3 points will be awarded based on Open leaderboard
Non Performance
Show up on Friday and complete the Open workout 1 point/week
Dress in Friday Theme (each Friday will have a different theme) 1 point/week
01 March: Hillbilly / Denim / Joe Dirt Friday
08 March: Cats
15 March: Rainbow
Share a pic of a friend crushing or getting crushed by their Friday workout (make sure they're your friend first) 1 point/week
Guess the Workout:
Each person may guess 3 movements that will be in the Open workout that week. Earn 1 point for each correct movement (up to 3)/week.
