Daniel grew up in Peachtree City, graduated from McIntosh High School, and went on to play D1 soccer at Birmingham Southern College. After graduation, he married a lovely young lady and moved to Virginia. He worked at CORE FITNESS, as both a Performance Specialist and as the Performance Center Director.

He and his wife moved to Japan with the Air Force and lived in both Misawa and Okinawa. While living in Misawa, he worked as the Misawa Air Base Exercise Physiologist, was a personal training and also founded the military CrossFit Affiliate “CrossFit Misawa.”
While in Okinawa, he worked as a coach at CrossFit Asia, working with adults, youth, and a semi-pro Okinawan baseball team. He has worked with those transitioning from physical therapy with major limitations to high level athletes, and everywhere in between.

Daniel has competed at various levels of different sporting endeavors from local weightlifting competitions to an IRONMAN Triathlon. He competed in CrossFit for several years starting in 2009, competing in Regionals four times as an individual, and twice on a team. He also competed in the CrossFit Games two times as an individual in 2011 and 2012.
He has since settled in Fayette County with his family and is looking to bring an unparalleled service to the local area.

Sarabeth has been a nurse in the Air Force for nine years. She recently separated from Active Duty and transitioned into the Air Force Reserves as a Flight Nurse. Sarabeth started CrossFit in 2011 and has been coaching since 2013. She has competed in the CrossFit Regionals three times as an individual and once on a team. She loves competing and loves challenging people to do things they never dreamed they could do.

As an athlete, it’s always been great to hit a personal record (PR); however, it is even MORE gratifying to have someone you’ve coached day in and day out hit that goal or PR, knowing how hard they worked, what it took to get there and to see how much it means to them on their face. PRICELESS!

As a coach, she wants to bridge the medical world with the fitness world. Her passion is to work with people dealing with all types of medical conditions: to work with diagnoses from hypertension to diabetes and use diet and exercise to restore them in a safe and effective way, to work with pregnant and postpartum women during and after pregnancy to stay fit and healthy for herself and the baby, and to rehabilitate injuries, new or old, to increase activities of daily living.  Her goal is to prove to people that neither age nor diagnosis determine one's capabilities.
